POLICE on Friday arrestes three men for illegal sale and distribution of fake cigarettes in Bgy. San Vicente, Bacolor, Pampanga.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo by the Bacolor police identified the arrested suspects as Willie Bryan Matic, 26, of Stall 77 Bulaon City, San Fernando, Pampanga; and Rainier Manangan, 22; and Mark Joseph Manangan, 20, both of Palapar Sur, Malasique, Pangasinan.
Seized from the suspects were 30 boxes of Carnival cigarette, seven boxes of Farstar cirgarette, P60,000 in cash, two cellphones, a white Mitsubishi FB L300, and white Toyota Hi-ace van.
The three suspects will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9211 or the Tobacco Act of 2003.
