
A 16-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested by the police for allegedly choking to death a motorbike rider and throwing his body in a ravine in Bgy. Del Pilar, San Pascual, Batangas.
The victim was Jake Pamudulan, 28, a resident of Bgy. Sambat, San Pascual, Batangas, according to the report submitted to Police Regional Office 4A (Calabarzon) Director Brig. Gen. Carlito M. Gaces by Batangas Police Provincial Director Col. Samson Belgica Belmonte.
The name of the suspect was withheld for being a minor.
Juven, the victim’s elder brother, personally appeared to the San Pascual Police Station and reported the alleged disappearance of Jake on the night of August 3.
Last Saturday, police arrested the young suspect in Bgy. Pook ni Banal after he was spotted using the victim’s motorcycle.
An investigation is ongoing on the motive for the killing.
