
Manila, Philippines_ –IN a remarkable gesture of support for the country’s military reservists, Frasco Foundation, Inc. has made a significant contribution to the 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “The Fort” Battalion. On 18 February 2025, Deputy Speaker Duke Frasco, on behalf of the foundation, handed over Php505,000 worth of donations that will greatly enhance the battalion’s operational capacity and readiness.
The donation includes forty driller uniforms, forty dummy rifles, advanced communication equipment, a flat-screen TV, projector screen, laptop, printer, tables, tents, water dispensers, and other essential supplies. These contributions are intended to provide the 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry with the necessary resources to improve training, facilitate better coordination, and support their overall mission.
In 2022, Deputy Speaker Duke Frasco was commissioned into the Armed Forces of the Philippines to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Philippine Army (Reserve). Since then, he has been a dedicated and steadfast supporter of the military, with Frasco Foundation, Inc. consistently providing vital assistance to strengthen the capabilities of the armed forces. Deputy Speaker Frasco believes that equipping the Reserve Infantry with the best resources is crucial in ensuring that they remain ready and prepared to protect the country at all times.
The turnover ceremony took place at the battalion’s headquarters in the 1304th Community Defense Center at Cuartel De Santa Lucia, Intramuros, Manila. During the event, LTC Xavier Celestial, Battalion Commander of the 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry, warmly welcomed Deputy Speaker Frasco and personally accepted the donations. The ceremony was attended by military officials and personnel, as well as members of the 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry; all of whom recognized this generous contribution as a significant step towards strengthening national security through a well-supported Reserve Force.
