TWELVE people were confirmed dead while more than 20 others were injured in a horrific multi-vehicle collision involving a truck, a bus, and another vehicle near the Tarlac City Toll Plaza Exit along the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) this afternoon.
Authorities said the accident occurred when a vehicle was crushed between the truck and the bus, resulting in the immediate deaths of several passengers.
The injured victims have been rushed to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the crash.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area as clearing operations are still ongoing.
