A DENTIST on Wednesday was attacked by two men who pretended to be patients in his clinic in Cebu City.
The victim was identified as Dr. Charles Sia.
Police said the attack occurred in the victim’s clinic in Bgy. Kamputhaw, Cebu City.
According to the victim’s secretary, Neña Rose Rosell Bardisco, the suspects entered the clinic at 2:19 p.m. on Wednesday and pretended to be patients.
One of the suspects pulled out a gun and approached Sia.
The suspects then handcuffed the dentist, along with his secretary, and started attacking the victim and pricking his eyes before fleeing.
The dentist was rushed to a hospital in Mandaue City for treatment.
Police are checking the CCTV footages near the clinic for the arrest of the attackers.
