President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the ground breaking ceremony for the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Hospital – Bagong Pilipinas Cancer Care Center at the Pampanga Engineering Office compound along MacArthur Highway in San Fernando, Pampanga Tuesday (Dec. 10, 2024).
