The event, aims to enhance community awareness and engagement, featured a series of informative discussions led by distinguished speakers.
The program was initiated with a keynote presentation by CG ASN Emmanuel B. Dignadice, who provided valuable insights into the situation in the West Philippine Sea, highlighting the strategic importance and ongoing issues in the country.
Following this, CPL Lemuel C. Claor addressed critical issues related to drug awareness, underscoring the dangers and preventive measures associated with substance abuse.
Further enriching the program, CPL Dian Mar V. Emagen delivered a detailed overview of Executive Order 70, the Anti-Terror Act of 2020, and RA 11479, focusing on their implications for national security and counterterrorism efforts.
He also provided an in-depth explanation of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) and their impact on the country.
The session concluded with a summarization of the Community Information and Approach Program (CIAAP) by 2LT Baby Jane P. Royo.
